Internal Detoxification - Mix 1 teaspoon 1-2 per day into 12 oz of water, fresh juice, or smoothie. Neutral taste. Will not pull out good nutrients. Best taken away from food.

External - Cleansing Face/Body Mask: Mix 4 tablespoons Zeocare into 4 teaspoons water. You can also add a drop of your favorite essential oil for additional benefits.

This is the only Zeolite I trust to purchase more than once. I've purchased the liquid also and I don't believe I received any benefit except convenience.
