Turmeric is a known fighter of free-radicals in the body. As we age, more free-radicals are float around in our bodies. Those free-radicals damage new cells, causing the body to age faster. To me, Turmeric Curcumin that is standardized is important. It assures me that each pill has the same, uniform measure of the herb listed on the label. This product also has black pepper extract. This helps make more of the curicumin available for absorption by my body.
